Location

The address is Tullisali, Tyrnäväntie 16, 90400 Oulu.

Tullisali is located within easy reach in the Limingantulli district of Oulu at event centre Terminaali. There is plenty of parking space around the terminal for a variety of vehicles, from cars to tractor-trailers. Load-in and load-out at Tullisali is also easy thanks to the docks and ramps – no lifts, no stairs and no awkward lifting.

Access

We will always meet you at the time agreed, so it is important to arrange your arrival time in advance.

Load-in

Load-in will take place at the back of the building on loading bay number 4, where there is a dock for trucks and other vehicles with lift platforms. For smaller vehicles, there is a ramp on loading bay 6. The distance from the ramp and the bay to the hall is approximately 3o metres, and it does not include stairs or other lifting.

Parking

There is ample free parking space for all types of vehicles near the loading bay.
If you need electricity for your vehicle while you park, please let us know in advance. Electricity for your vehicle can be arranged.

The wide range of restaurant services can be easily tailored to your needs, from morning coffees to all-day meeting packages with or without drinks. If required, the client can choose the caterer themselves. However, the serving of alcohol is always the responsibility of the Tullisali (Qstock Oy), in accordance with the liquor license.

We cooperate with catering providers in the area, so we can cater for both casual buffets and more sophisticated gourmet dinners served by professional waiters.

Feel free to express your wishes when requesting an offer or during negotiations, and we will tailor the catering to suit your event.

The security of your event will be handled by the Tullisali security service, in accordance with the contract and the needs assessment.

We can provide a flexible solution for the cloakroom service. If required, we can provide you with coat racks, the location and number of which can be tailored to your event. We can also provide you with professional staff to ensure smooth execution of the cloakroom service at your event. If you wish, you can also organise the cloakroom service yourself.

Our location in event centre Terminaali allows for a wide range of events to grow beyond the walls of the Tullisali.

There are the services of lunch restaurant Robson`s, SuperPark indoor amusement park for playful recreation, CityDance dance centre, Fight Club, and Liikuntakeskus Voitto fitness centre.

This means that is possible to organise a full day of recreation or even an event over several days.

Tullisali can be easily adapted to a wide range of uses with different furnishing and decor solutions. Tullisali’s own stock of furniture includes:

Tullisali has wireless Internet access for event organisers and guests.

The event organiser will be provided with the password.

If you wish, you can sell merchandise in connection with a show or other event. We can provide you with tables suitable for this purpose.

The commission for merchandise sales is always case-specific and must be agreed on when making the performance contract.

The use of pyrotechnics or other special effects (e.g. cooking in the main room) must always be agreed on in advance. The service provider must be an official one, and the responsibility for special effects lies with the service provider. Official licensing must be obtained in advance.
